If there’s more than one home for sale in your neighborhood staging can also help your home stand out from your neighbors’. This can be especially important if your home is older and going up against new construction.
If you are wanting to have staging in your home, then we will provide you a quote for this additional service. This will require an upfront non-refundable deposit that will come back to when we sell the home. This also requires a typical 6% listing agreement for 6 months.
